Paddington

Set in one of the most desirable streets in Paddington, this design is all about the view and function. Architecturally designed, 360 Builders have been tasked with bringing the clients vision to life. Prior to the commencement of construction in late 2020, the existing dwelling was removed to reveal the steep sloping site. The rear retaining wall also needed to be removed and replaced as it was well inside the clients boundary. Retaining walls were also completed and then construction of the house commenced.
