Certification

Inspection and certification of each project at critical stages is required by law to confirm that it is built in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and relevant Australian Standards. 360 Builders ensure from the commencement until the completion of each project that compliance to AS and NC code is retained.

Client handover

At 360 Builders, we believe in delivering a seamless handover experience. Along with all the necessary documentation, we provide detailed instructions for the proper maintenance of your new home, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for years to come.
