Story about the Founder!

Founded by Paul McPhillips as a passion project, 360 Builders emerged from a desire to address the lack of transparency in building project cost estimation within the industry. With over 20 years of experience, Paul observed this issue first hand and was motivated to create a business committed to transparency from the outset.

Driven by a vision to deliver high-quality buildings, Paul immersed himself in mastering all stages of construction. This dedication enables him to implement strict quality checks, adhere to the National Construction Code, and swiftly address challenges based on years of industry experience. Today, 360 Builders takes pride in consistently delivering projects within the initially quoted budget, ensuring the use of high quality materials and labour to achieve exceptional results.

As the owner of the business, Paul brings over 20 years of industry experience to the table. With a background as a Qualified Builder and Carpenter/Joiner by trade, he has a solid foundation in all aspects of construction. Paul’s expertise spans Planning, Design, Construction, Tendering, Cost Controlling and Project Management.

Throughout his career, Paul has overseen the construction of numerous high-quality architectural homes, high-end residential, and commercial projects in Brisbane and Ipswich. He is known for his comprehensive project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Paul is a master builder who combines old-school quality with modern ideas. He prides himself on staying updated on the latest construction techniques and designs, ensuring that every project reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship.
