Our construction schedules adhere to set time frame through proper material handling arrangements and procedures along with effective day-to-day planning to produce exceptionally great outcomes.

Continuous supervision

360 Builders guarantee to achieve assigned completion date within the given budget estimate through constant site supervision. Paul personally supervises the entire project to ensure quality standards at all levels are maintained and all urgent decisions regarding material or any structural changes are taken ‘on time’ with minimal hinderance to project completion.

Certification

Inspection and certification of each project at critical stages is required by law to confirm that it is built in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and relevant Australian Standards. 360 Builders ensure from the commencement till the completion of each project that compliance to AS and NC code is retained.

Client handover

360 Builders provide detailed instructions for proper maintenance of the building at handover with all other necessary documentations inclusive.
